I love to cook. There's nothing to say, nothing to do. I didn't expect that my secret hobby will find a loyal fans. Fans of home made, good taste experiments. This one is really easy, delicious yet good looking :) Let me introduce you: van Portek's salad.
Let's start from ingredients:
matured camembert
ripe pears
medium parsnips
a handful of almonds
fresh rocket
natural honey
olive oil and balsamic vinegar to finish
use medium fire to roast parsnip
place on plate sliced cheese and pears
covered with rocket.....
roasted almonds intensively but briefly
add some honey into already roasted parsnips
now it's time to create a good taste

and time to enjoy your 'tres delicieux' salad
